Terms of Service

 
    1. Guarantee: Spectrum Infinite offers no guarantees or warranties for its graphic design services.
    2. Revisions: Spectrum Infinite includes a limited number of revisions for each service at no additional cost. Significant changes may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the customer.
    3. Intellectual Property: All designs created by Spectrum Infinite are the client’s property. Spectrum Infinite does not claim ownership or rights over the designs.
    4. Usage Rights: There are no limitations on how clients can use the designs created by Spectrum Infinite. The clients have full ownership and rights to utilize the designs for their intended purposes.
    5. Payment: Invoices issued by Spectrum Infinite are due upon receipt. Customers are given a 7-day period from the invoice date to submit payment.
    6. Confidentiality: Spectrum Infinite has a strict policy to protect the confidentiality of customer data, including sensitive information such as credit card details.
    7. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute or conflict, Spectrum Infinite aims to resolve issues through mutual agreement. If a project does not proceed as planned, Spectrum Infinite may honor a 50% project fee or, in rare cases, provide a full refund.
    8. Liability: Spectrum Infinite does not assume liability for any damages or issues arising from the graphic design services provided.
    9. Copyright: Spectrum Infinite adheres to a policy of using only copyright-free materials. The company will not use copyrighted or licensed material without proper consent or authorization.
    10. Delivery: Upon design completion, Spectrum Infinite will provide the customer with the requested file formats, which may include Adobe AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

 
  1. Cancellation Policy: Spectrum Infinite understands that circumstances may change, and clients may need to cancel their graphic design project. If a client wishes to cancel their project, they must notify Spectrum Infinite in writing as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of the project, the following cancellation terms will apply:
    a. If the cancellation request is received before any work has commenced, Spectrum Infinite will provide a full refund to the client.
    b. If the cancellation request is received after work has commenced but before the completion of the project, Spectrum Infinite will retain a portion of the project fee to cover the work completed up to that point. The retained amount will be communicated to the client.
    c. If the cancellation request is received after the completion of the project, no refund will be provided.
  2. Refund Policy: Spectrum Infinite strives to ensure customer satisfaction. If a client is not satisfied with the final design, they may be eligible for a refund subject to the following conditions:
    a. The client must express their dissatisfaction with the final design in writing within seven (7) days of delivery.
    b. Spectrum Infinite will review the concerns raised by the client and assess the validity of the refund request.
    c. If Spectrum Infinite determines that the dissatisfaction is justified and the design does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, a refund may be issued.
    d. The amount of the refund, if approved, will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the extent of the client’s dissatisfaction and the work completed.
  3. Refund Process: To request a refund, clients must submit a written request outlining the reasons for their dissatisfaction with the final design. The request should be sent to [email address or contact details]. Spectrum Infinite will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
  4. Limitations: It’s important to note that Spectrum Infinite reserves the right to deny a refund if:
    a. The client has already approved the final design or requested the release of design files.
    b. The dissatisfaction is based on changes in the client’s preferences or requirements after the completion of the project.
    c. The client has failed to provide clear and timely feedback or communication throughout the design process, leading to design outcomes that align with the provided specifications.
  5. Non-Refundable Services: Please be aware that certain services offered by Spectrum Infinite may be non-refundable. These services may include but are not limited to rush orders, expedited revisions, or any other special arrangements agreed upon with the client.
